Popims LensPrinter has developed for you multiple types of varnishes that has been created by Sun Chemical to work together in order to create high quality optical lenses.

These inks are different depending of your equipment.

A special training is displayed in order to specify print parameters compatible with your equipment. In order to do so a highly qualified technician will work on your machine.

Most of the time, 2 or 3 days are needed in order to fits our process to a licensee environment.

Then, Popims inks and varnish will be regularly delivered by our ink partner, Sun Chemical.

Our varnishes are already developped on the following presses:

• UV Flexography: for thin labels (starting at 80µm global thickness)
• UV Inkjet: adapted to POS communication printing (above 800µm thickness).
